I note from the January Raylink that new publicity material had been produced for the Emergency Services show.  I wonder if there are any plans to make this new material available to groups.  Maybe downloadable from the main website???

In a word, yes!

They are being tweaked at the moment to include photos and tidy up odd bits.

Slight concerns over a download as there is a wish to ensure they are reproduced to a high quality (as they are are indented for the professional User Service audience) but I stress no decision has yet been made on how any of it will be offered.

There are a number of A4 "fact sheets" about various RAYNET topics and a more generic 3-fold leaflet, plus a standard design for business cards.

Could I ask that if this material is in the process of being tweeked, that it is representitive of ALL areas and not just the south of the country please. There is life north of the Watford gap, however many organisations alianate their colleagues up north when devising such literature.

Thanks and looking forward to seeing it all,

Please would you let me know what you have seen that needs changing, as I have a copy of them and it's all generic.

Thanks Jim.  I managed to get hold of one of the tri folds - see what you mean about downloading them the quality would most certainly suffer.  Must say they do look good, much more up to date and professional looking

The publicity material will be available on the website shortly. These are suitable for use at User Service events.

There are three activity sheets, covering the Gloucestershire flooding, Kent Ambulance and Shoreham Airshow incidents, and three information sheets - a RAYNET overview, Talk-through and APRS.

Because the Committee of Management wish to retain the high quality print of the material, they will only be available to view and not to print out.

Requests for copies of the activity and information sheets should be made to Zonal Co-ordinators, who already hold stocks of them.

Just to add to Cathys' post, the files should be sorted by the middle of next week.

Would be this weekend, but I'm, in the middle of a field with a load of Scouts!

As promised, the samples are now on the website, with details on how to obtain the printed versions.
